Dave Facer started his own brewery in Salford, Greater Manchester in February 2003, sharing premises and equipment with Bazens’ Brewery, which had itself started a few months earlier. This is because we always have 2 real Scrumpy ciders on draught, 6 different ciders in bottles plus a French Cider, Normandy cider.
We hold an annual cider festival every August Bank Holiday weekend, featuring over 16 different Scrumpy Ciders from all over the country
To continue our support of the Real Cider Brewers we are now dealing with local cider producers, Eddisbury Cheshire farm cider, Lancashire cider from Lancaster and Dove Syke Ribble Valley Gold.

Utilising the same source of spring water that has been in use for over 1000 years, the North Yorkshire Brewing Company produces a range of amazing beers.
The light beers have a ‘lager like’ flavour similar to continental beers, this is produced by using Pale Ale malts, whilst the dark coloured beers have a more rounded flavour, with a smooth taste
